The "Dr.Web—handy for every handheld!" promo

Definitions

General terms

  1. The promo runs from 12:00 a.m. on January 15, 2014 to 11:59 p.m. on February 14, 2014 (hereinafter, the indicated time is Moscow time, GMT + 4:00).
  2. To participate in the promo:
    • Register an account and receive your personal login and password to www.drweb.com;
    • Using your account, answer at least one Question of the Day on the Promo Site.
  3. Relations between Promo Participants and the Promo Organiser are governed by these Terms and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

Questions of the day and prizes awarded for participating in the promo

  1. Every day at 12.00 a.m. throughout the Promo period, one multiple-choice question is published on the Promo site (hereinafter, the Question of the Day). Answers to the question are accepted from Promo Participants within the period (hereinafter, the Promo Day) from the moment it is published until 11:59 p.m. the same day. A Promo Participant can answer a Question of the Day only once throughout the Promo Day. A Promo Participant can provide an answer only once within three (3) minutes of clicking on the "View question" button on the Question of the Day page. The answer is submitted by pressing the "Answer" button on the question’s page.
  2. The Organizer keeps track of the participants who give the correct answer to the question of the day, and awards the Prize to every hundred promo participant who answers the question of the day correctly. A hundredth participant who gives the correct answer to the question of the day (prize winner) is determined by the time when they click the Send button to submit their answer to the question.
  3. The prize will be sent by e-mail at the prize winner's address specified in their account at www.drweb.com on the next day after they have sent a correct answer but no later than at 12:00 a.m. of the following day.
  4. One Promo Participant can win the prize only once during the promotional period.

Reminders

  1. For convenience, Promo Participants can sign up to receive notifications about questions of the day.

Responsibility

  1. A Promo Participant undertakes to answer questions of the day in a timely manner and to provide all the necessary delivery information in the application form.
  2. The Promo Organiser shall make sure that the campaign is conducted according to the Terms herein.
  3. The Promo Organiser shall not be liable 1) for technical or other failures (flaws, actions or inaction, etc.) of an Internet service provider and other parties involved in providing a Promo Participant with Internet access when such failures prevent the Promo Participant from answering questions of the day in a timely manner, 2) for a Promo Participant’s failure to become familiar with the Terms herein or with the Promo results, and 3) for non-receipt of information from the Promo Participant that is required for the delivery of participation awards.
