Contact the Doctor Web technical support service directly from the Dr.Web for Windows program. To do this, in the “Tools” section, select “Support” → “Home page”.

If you use Dr.Web anti-virus protection for macOS, Linux, or Android through a service provider—on the support request page, select “I use the Dr.Web Anti-virus service”, and ask your question.
